We are living in a strange and tender moment. AI is reshaping nearly everything, screens are everywhere, and the pace of life keeps asking us to move faster, process more, and stay perpetually connected to something outside ourselves. And yet underneath all of that noise, the body is still there. Waiting. Holding. Trying to be heard.

I have had the privilege of watching people unwind on my table for years now. What I witness again and again is not just physical release. It is emotional weight that has been carried quietly for a very long time, patterns that were once protective and eventually became limiting, and a kind of relief that only comes when someone feels truly safe enough to let go. That work is sacred to me. It is also, by nature, limited in how many people I can reach one on one.

That is why the Subtle Shift Method Workshop matters so much to me.

Why Fascia Changes Everything

Fascia is the continuous web of connective tissue that runs through your entire body, surrounding every muscle, organ, nerve, and bone. It is the system that gives your body its shape and its memory. When life asks too much of us, physically or emotionally, fascia responds. It tightens. It braces. It holds the imprint of stress, old injuries, and unprocessed emotion long after the moment has passed.

Myofascial release works with this system gently and sustainably, following the body's own intelligence rather than forcing it. And when the mind and body are invited into that process together, the shifts can be profound.

What We Do Together

Each workshop is intentionally small, just six people, so there is real space for you to settle in, be seen, and do the work without distraction. Here is what we move through together:

  • What fascia is, why it matters, and the role it plays in pain, posture, and emotional holding

  • A guided meditation for mind-body connection

  • Dynamic and functional movement to open the fascial lines

  • Self myofascial release techniques you can take home and use anywhere

  • A short sound bath and grounding practice to close

Whether you are brand new to this work or have been in it for years, you will find something here. Sometimes it is easier to change inside a group. Sometimes being surrounded by others who are also choosing to soften is the exact reminder we need that softening is possible.
