Every session follows the same path, so the practice becomes familiar and easy to return to.

Bring awareness

Notice where your body is holding on, without trying to fix anything yet

Stay with it

Slow down and stay present with what you find instead of pushing past it.

Release

Use gentle, guided techniques to let the tension soften.

Regulate

Help your nervous system settle so the release has room to last.

Respond

Learn what your body is asking for and what to do about it.

Repeat

Come back to it. Lasting change comes from returning to the practice.

THE FIRST SEED LAUNCH

We are building this together

The Body Wisdom Method is new. This is its first seed launch, and I will be building it out as we shape it together.

Founding members come in at the very beginning, practice with me live, and help guide what this program grows into. What you tell me on the calls and in the community will shape what I build next.

Hi, I'm Anna

I am the founder of The Subtle Body Wellness in Crown Point, Indiana.

For years I have worked one-on-one with women, helping them release pain and patterns their bodies have been holding onto. I also lead small in-person workshops.

The Body Wisdom Method brings what I have learned from that work into a live online practice you can do from home, with me guiding you along the way.
