We move through the body from the ground up, feet to crown, over four weeks. Every session follows the same gentle rhythm so your nervous system knows what to expect.

Foundation
Feet, calves, thighs and core practices. Arriving in your body and learning to listen.
Week 2  ·  May 24
Roots
Hips, glutes and the psoas. Releasing our deepest patterns and stored tension.
Week 3  ·  May 31
Heart & Shoulders
Spine, ribs and the heart center. Softening the armor we carry.
Week 4  ·  June 7
Crown
Head, neck and jaw. Integration and completion. Celebrating the whole journey.

Your 4 inch therapy ball will be mailed to you ahead of the May 17 start date.

A note on journaling
Each session opens and closes with time to write. To notice, to reflect, and to meet yourself where you are. A journal prompt PDF is included to guide you through each week.

Do I need any experience with myofascial release? +
No experience needed. This series is designed for all levels. Whether you are completely new to fascial work or have some background, each session will meet you where you are.
What if I miss a live session? +
Every session is recorded and sent to you so you can watch at any time. Nothing is lost if life gets in the way.
Is this suitable if I have an injury or chronic pain? +
Myofascial release is gentle by nature, but please consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns. You will always be encouraged to work within your own comfort and never push into pain.
When will I receive my therapy ball and journal prompt PDF? +
Both will arrive before May 17. The PDF is sent digitally and the therapy ball is mailed to you. Please register by May 3 to make sure everything arrives in time.
How many people will be in the group? +
This is an intentionally small beta round. You will receive more personalized attention and a more intimate experience than a larger public launch would offer.
Why the reduced early bird price? +
This is the first run of The Subtle Shift Method online. In exchange for the reduced rate, participants are asked to share honest feedback and a testimonial. Your input directly shapes the full program.
What platform will sessions be held on? +
All sessions are held via Zoom. A link will be sent to you ahead of each session.
How much time should I set aside outside of sessions? +
The home practices are optional but encouraged. Most take 5 to 10 minutes and are designed to fit into your daily routine without adding stress.
