How It Works
We move through the body from the ground up, feet to crown, over four weeks. Each session follows the same gentle rhythm: arrive, connect, release, and integrate. You will build a practice that is yours to keep.
Week 1
Foundation
Feet, calves, thighs and core practices. Arriving in your body and learning to listen.
Week 2
Roots
Hips, glutes and the psoas. Releasing our deepest patterns and stored tension.
Week 3
Heart & Shoulders
Spine, ribs and the heart center. Softening the armor we carry.
Week 4
Crown
Head, neck and jaw. Integration and completion. Celebrating the whole journey.

A journal is warmly encouraged. Each session opens and closes with time to write, to notice, to reflect, and to meet yourself where you are.
